Zalman CNPS7000A & 8RDA+ ?

Does anyone know if the Zalman CNPS7000A will fit ok on the Epox 8RDA+?

the zalman website says it is compatable with that board but "the clip must be cut off to avoid interference" which i believe means the mounting clip needs the outside hole part of the clip trimmed back to avoid a capacitor or what ever.for an amd athlon cpu you need the 2 inside holes to mount it.not familiar with your board but that's what i found on the zalman compatability chart
