any suggestions on a good & affordable heatsink & fan?

Tell me what you are willing to spend and I will guide you in the right direction. The best is a Thermalright SP-94 with a 92 mm Panaflo. That would cost you around $65 total including shipping.

From your choices I take it you don't want to spend too much money, so I would choose the Aero4. It has better performance than the Thermaltake Spark7+.

For the money, the Aero4 is the best bang for the buck. All the heatsinks with better performance cost twice as much. Plus it looks pretty cool.

its on the same priceline, is this better?
