Don't feel like spending over 100 for both and I plan to mod the case. What would be the hands down best case (cage wise) and PSU for the money?

I currently have a Fortron PS and I'm having problems with my 12v rail. So I'd like to try Antec for this one, probably blue light or something quieter.

As for case... I have no idea...

hmm i feel the slk3700amb is one of the best cases ever made, it is made of really high quality (antec is awesome at making cases), and plus it has 120mm fan mounts in the front and back for maximum airflow at a lower nosie lvl. also, the basic lay-out of the case is just awesome

and as for the psu, could u let us know which fortron unit u have b4 we give u suggestions? i dont know where to begin
