I am not aware of anything really that close, but if you like the rally part of Gran Turismo i suggest rallisport challenge

I don't know... you could always look into a legal PS2 emulator. I'm not sure if there are any out there though...

GT4 isn't out yet, but GT3 is pretty much in a class of its own.

Sega GT isn't even close.

Good luck in your search.

Wouldn't GT3 be coming out on PC when GT4 comes out though (a few months)?

I think GT4 comes out April 30th last time I checked but it may have changed.
