someone recomend a RAID card

I a wondering if any one can recomend a good true RAID0 card.
I am a noob to RAID so please bare with me

will I be able to boot off of these drives?

will I see a significant speed increase?

is their any difference between using EIDE with SATA adapters or instead of SATA?

Promise TX2000 (2 ports) or TX4000 (4 ports). I got the TX4000 new and cheap on Ebay.

Yes, you can boot off of these drives. Follow the install instructions on the Promise cards

Yes, you will see an improvement when using RAID 0 - I love mine!. In theory it is close to twice the speed of the single drive.

I don't know about the EIDE using SATA apapters.
