9800p Powercolours ok??

I'm looking at a cheapie 9800p from powercolour. I realise that it will probaly have cheaper ram and be a bit slower but its also $250-$300 cheaper! (aussie $$)

For the price differance I cant really see much point in paying for a name brand card. Anyone have any experiance with these cards?

I own a Powercolor card (9600 pro) and have been very happy with it. It doesnt overclock as well as some other cards I have seen, but plays NFS: U and Halo with no problems. Looks as good or better than by buddys 9700.

I'ld get it, I have not known that powercolor cards are failures, but the overclocking issue is a minor one if you don't plan to overclock or your budget is tight.

I like to O/C but even on the brand name cards they dont O/C well and the heatsinks need replacing anyway. So I'm not gunna try it on this one. (cept 4 the faster FSB)
