i need a good h/s AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE!!! i just need a quiet one, it is not for me. it is for a computer i built for someone... it has a cheap generic h/s with a 6000 RPM 60 mm fan on it that is pretty loud. the cpu is a 1900 pal. there is no o/c or anything so temp really doesnt matter.... it runs at about 60 something with AS3 and the cheap cooler on it right now, and for $10.99 i think this looks pretty good.

I have an aero4 deluxe, and it's annoyingly loud at full speed. I wouldn't recommend the lite one, simply because I don't like Aluminium.
Actually Aluminum supposedly cools faster than copper but copper absorbes heat better. It has a copper core and aluminum fins.
Anyways. BOT I would highly recomend that cooler. I had one on my setup before I went water and was able to keep it quiet and cool as possible while being as cheap as possible cause I was going to be going to water soon. Yes you can get better but at a price. For $11-13 which is what these go for I think they are the best BARGAIN in cooling there is. The fan is fully adjustable from dead silent to loud as *&$%. Well theres my .02/.
