is this cooler any good for a 2500+ barton overclocked to 2.2ghz?

Im using the Areo 7 lite, it aint the best setup in the world but it was a cheap fix until the SP97 comes to the UK.

Im running my 2500+ at 3200+ with only a tiny increase in temps, idels around 40, full load 44, and thats with the blower on half strenght. On full it drops to full load 40 but its just too bloody LOUD.

Now iv got my system stable I want to quiet it down, SP97 and vantec stealth as soon as is humanly possible I think
