Question How can I determine CPU power consumption

I am curious how much power my CPU is sucking at idle and load, is there a basic mathematic equation that I use, or a soft-tool? See Sig for Sys data.
Thanks!

well you can look up the specs in datasheets provided by intel and grab how many watts your CPU puts out and plug it into this formula...

OC watter = stock watts x (overclocked MHz/stock MHz) x (Overclocked Vcore/ Stock Vcore)2 (squared)...
of you can just be lazy and go here :
http://www.benchtest.com/calc.html
