My 380s that came in my Sonata always ran warm, because it was designed to be quiet, the fan turned slow (thermally controlled) I opened up my psu and was able to unplug the fan from the psu board. Then I ran wires out to my vantec fan controller. Now psu fan is manually conrollable! Runs cooler now
