BSOD Error Message

I got a bsod and this messsage was in it. Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal. When i restarted my Wireless pci card didnt work, this has happened twice and i had just gotten it working from the first BSOD that happened about a week ago. Help.

How can i change IRQ numbers. I found out that that error message means that 2 devices are sharing the same irq number.
