System Requirements:

PC with an AMD Athlon64 or Opteron processor
256MB RAM
1.5GB available hard-disk space
Super VGA (800x600) or higher resolution video card
CD-ROM or DVD drive
Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device

Important: Windows XP 64-Bit Edition for 64-Bit Extended Systems is only compatible with 64-bit AMD Opteron– or Athlon 64-based computers. It cannot be successfully installed on 64-bit Intel Itanium–based systems.

I sent in for the CD versions of both 64 Bit and 32 Bit Windows Server 2003 and got them both within 2 weeks. I haven't installed them yet though. In fact, I don't even have a 64 Bit chip yet!

*edit*That sucks, they are charging for shipping, I got both versions of WS2003 free.

nope its only for the 64 bit line of AMD chips as stated in the first post

Was going to check this out until I heard there's no Beta ATI 64-bit drivers available yet, or has that changed?
