I have room for 7 system fans in my new case, it has a 350W PSU with 4(2x2) HD power connectors.
I have reserved 2 of these for the lights and fans, as I currently only have 1 HD and a CDROM drive fitted, but exactly how many system fans can I daisy chain safely on one connector?

All fans are 12V, one is 0.11A and 1.32W, the other six are 0.14A with no wattage listed (all the same though).

That pretty much depends on the guage of the wire in your PSU's harness, Dan.
I have run as many as 11 fans on one connector with no problems.
Basically, you're not dealing with a whole lot of current here, so whatever gives you the neatest installation should be fine.
