hey all, does anyone know where i can find 3 nice sticks of 256mb sddr ram? I have an old gateway select 2000 that i need to upgrade lol. It curently has 128mb sddr ram, with xp pro on it lol. The worst part about it though, is it has a SLOT!! A! processor, amd athlon 800mhz. It runs good, but its not really upgradeable much. So im going to max out my ram, and get a nice 120gig hdd or 2, and probably throw *nix on it and set it up as a file storager. Well, if anyone knows where i can find 3 sticks of 256mb sddr ram cheap, put up a link.
