Ok, Just people's opinions here.

Which would people here generally prefer for a moderate noise-level air cooled system?

A. Delta FFB low speed 80mm (45cfm) like this: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/del80ffb0812.html
B. Panaflo H1A or U1A 80mm (40cfm-45cfm)

Part 2:

A. Tornado 92 on voltage controller to 5-7V
B. Panaflo H1A 92 at 12V

My reasoning is this:

Is the motor noise of these high speed fans reduced enough at reduced voltages low enough to match the high speed Panaflos at 12V? Because I like the flow vanes that the Deltas/Tornados have, but am a little curious as to the noise generated by the motors, which the Panaflos have nearly none of, just air noise.

I think the Tornado at 5-7v will still be louder than a PAnaflo at full 12V. I have the 92mm Panaflos and they arn't extreme at 12V.

I say go with the Panaflo as you can still lower the noise to 5v which will be really comfortable on the ears!
