I have installed tweak ui. When I configured the program I some how turned the control panel off. I can not access the control panel. I have went to every possible shortcut. I really need some help. Thanks

Have you tried typing .......control.exe...........in the run box ?

I dont see anything in tweakUI that would even cause that.

Tried Control.exe

I tried the control.exe. This is the message (This Operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. I am the admin. I dont have a clue what is going on...

Boot into safe mode use the Admin account to login and change it.
