km2m combo oc nightmare?

I am getting no place with this thing!! it wont let me adjust voltage or fsb independantly . the fastest i can get it to run stabily is 1704. thats with the built in selection at 147/37. this is not a good thing. any tricks would help. thanks, Brian770
