geforce 2 volt mod

Call me crazy but I really want to volt mod my old geforce 2 gts card.
So ive heard that increasing the core speed on these cards doesn't do jack. Most of the potental is in the memory, so a mem volt mod might be in order. Still would be interested in both though.
I put a huge heat sink on the core today but it didnt get me any higher, gives me the impression that the core needs more juice. The memory is 6ns samsung and will so 383mhz max before artifacts start to set in.

Where do I find instuctions on how to do this?
