I just bought a VP6 motherboard and 2 P933eb chips.
I plan on using 512 Meg PC133 Ram
Voodoo 5
Adaptec 2940
2 - 40 gig UDMA drives
Sound Blaster Live value edition
12x plextor CDR
72 TrueX CD rom

Anyone else running this config or similiar yet and have any advice with installing and using win2k?

W2K was nothing more than a 2 month nightmare excursion at the beaches of hell. I reinstalled 4 times in a 90 day period. Poor driver management causes w2k to be one of the worse installs I've ever experienced. Some associates have been using XP, and apparently these issues have been addressed and they run dual cpus with ease (and greater management).

XP is available underground and through beta right now, I don't think Microsoft is planning a release date yet...

but soon.
