ok this is all i ave to go off of....my cousin has a persario 2100 intel, bought it last month.
at random times her screen goes black for a couple minutes, and then it comes back on. she said she can see her mouse cursor with the hour glass. she also stated that if she presses enter, then it comes back faster..which is strange.

and cant find anyupdate....the problem says its a sp1 reg key that doesnt get installed..
not sure what to go on from here..i said update windows, and then im going to try and find the other drivers
