Biostar Barbone?

I've been looking into a barbone system for LAN'ing, and just to mess around with. I have a great Intel system so this wouldn't be to replace my main rig but just to have a little fun with. I was thinking about going AMD64 and was hoping to get a few opinions from you guys.

i own a shuttle and i luv it. there is a amd64 model aswell, just check it out
