EXPLORER.EXE error... memory problem?

I get this just randomly, happened 3-4 times already. Sometimes I click OK and everything disappears.. then the taskbar/icons reapear couple seconds later.. other times i have to restart. It happens when i'm opening up browsers.. just opening/closing folders.. whenever.



Is my RAM screwing up?... or somethin else?

Try to tune down the FSB see if it goea away or run Mem Test
