what mem will best take 3.0 past 3.4 ghz?

i already have an Asus p4c800 deluxe. what im going to be buying is a P4c 3.0 ghz. i want to know what will be the best memory, if i want to take this chip beyond 3.4. im selling an old computer for the funds, so money isnt an issue here. im trying to choose between the Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Platinum Series DDR PC-4400, OCZ Enhanced Latency Dual Channel Kit DDR PC-4000, and the OCZ Performance Series Dual Channel Kit DDR PC-4200. which will best oc for me? or is there something else better recommended?

really depends on how hi your cpu will run... if it tops out at 3.6(which is 240 fsb) u wouldnt wanna waste a fortune spending money on memory designed to run way past 250 at loose timings.
