maybe the ram gets unstable ?? try running prime95 or putting the voltage up on the cpu

this SHOULD be in the intel section

267 FSB is a normal limit for 2.4 C.

2 hours is a long time though I think.

2 hours is not long enough for prime95 stability testing. I've had problems about two days into a prime95 stability test before. I lowered my OC a small amount and the problem went away.

I doubt you'll get any more from that 3200 at 5:4. That looks like the road block from where I'm sitting.

You might also check out how good your memory and/or memory controller is/are. Although I'm using an Athlon, I don't think my experience is invalid here. I've got a Soyo Black Dragon mobo with Corsair RAM, I can overclock the FSB to my heart's content. If I try to up the memory bus by as little as 1mhz I fail to post. Just a thought.
