700@876 Temp Question

i know the celeron 700 becomes unstable at about 40C, but is 34-37C a safe operating temp
 
i got it down to 31C at idle, i plan on buying some artic silver on my next trip to frys
 
from what i can tell this is not healthy, i am going to step down my FSB

Get some AS II, completely clean off any old compound, install the AS exacly as described (very thin, even coat on the die), and I bet you get more than 876 MHz, at a lower temp to boot....

Arctic Silver 2 ==AS II. I used an abbreviation.

i got it working at 876mhz at an average of 26C!
sure it took a big fan (2 footer) but it works! VICTORY IS MINE! :)
