How do I run two instances of Prime95?

I've read that if you have a hyperthreading chip, you are supposed to run 2 instances of Prime95 at the same time, but how do i do that? If I click on the icon a second time, it just brings up the already open instance.

Thanks!

Make another folder and copy all prime files to it...
Start two instances. Set one to use CPU0 (under affinity) and the other to use CPU1
Torture...
