IC7-G Vcore

What's the deal with the Vcore fluxuation? I have found that once in a while it drops down to 1.49 when I have it set at 1.55 in BIOS. This normal Vcore under load in PRIME95 jumps cack and forth between 1.504 and 1.520. I also am figuring that the drop to 1.49 is what is causing my games to freeze randomly. I am pretty darn sure that it isn't the video card as it is running under 32C at load. It is a non-o/cing card though...found that it is unstable at EVEN 530. Any help, suggestions?

Would it help the Vcore fluxuations at all by cooling the MOSFETs?
