what is soft fsb

Soft FSB is a utility used to change the FSB without having to go Via BIOS or Jumpers, It dosent work for all boards and i can quite recall which ones it does work for but it can be found pretty much anywhere. I dont know if this is the latest version but heres a link for softfsb 1.7
