weird 9800p clock speeds

I just bought a 9800 pro which is even have trouble keeping up w/ cs. I noticed that on the web it says clock speeds are as follows

Core Clock
380 MHz
Memory Clock
680 MHz

Turns out the card is running at the following speeds:
Core Clock
378 MHz
Memory Clock
337

and even when o/cing i cannot hit anywhere NEAR the memory speed im supposed to be. I get 12k or so on 3dmark01 and in cs my ti200 used to get better fps. No joke.

That memory is DDR so 340 = 680 Effective...

Ah ok....Didnt realize i had to do the mult. myself. You have any idea why this thing is being as slow as a slug?

my 9700 had problems in cs when smoke came into play but the omega 4.2 drivers fixed that

What app are you using to OC?

Im using the linker that comes w/ the omega drivers. Also for some reason i cannot get my agp speed out of "none" although in bios i have 8x enabled.
