Ram for SFF PC

Sorry guys for posting this I know this has been done about a million times but I need some help. I am building my first pc it is also a SFF pc.
Here are my Specs so far.
Case-Shuttle SB61G2
Cpu-Pentium 4 3.0c 800mhz FSB
HDD-Western Digital 160gig 7200 rpm 8mb Buffer
Video-Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb
Cd-R/RW/DVD-Rom-Lite on 48x24x48x16 Combo Drive
Any Suggestions would be welcome. I was Thinking about getting 2 sticks of this..
Geil 512mb
But I wasnt sure if it was any good. I am mostly going to Game on it and listen to music. I went for the SFF pc just because I thought it was really cool.
Thanks in Advance

If you don't want to overclock, then get whatever suits you best.

If you want to overclock, check out Mushkin 222 special or OCZ Platnum Edition RAM, but your budget limits you to 2x256 MB kits.
