noob very confused

I'm very confused,I have win2k server all setup up and ready to go but this noob is confused...I would like to setup a DNS and e-mail server...Would anyone who is versed in setting this up like to help out...I have already did the google thing but I need help decifering how to do this...

this is what I have... all have there own internal IP and right now Im using LMhost files for all to reconize each other except the server. Can anyone help??? Please.

Thats alright,It only took me about 4 hours to setup wins,dns and dhcp...Now I hope this thing never crashes because I dont want to go through that again...
