Anyone know if they're available yet, or do they have to be imported by paying $50 for brokerage fees?

ATIC has Prescotts, but since you live in Winnipeg, it would be best to stay away from them. I'm sure you know how terrible their service reputation is.

ShopRBC has a good reputation, but I've never used them before.
