.....8PENXP vs. 8KNXP?

im looking into these giga-byte mobos for my next box. checked the specs on these boards, and the only real diffs i see is they both use different chipsets.

any pros n cons on either of these boards?

anything i should look for or at in other GB mobos?

the system isnt gonna be a major oc box, maybe once n a while i'll tweak, but nothing huge. this will also be a LAN rig if that helps any.

The 865 chipset on the 8PENXP will probably be a bit faster. There are a few other minor differences but due to the chipset. No major differences that you'll really notice performance wise or usage wise.
