Question P4P800 AGP 8X question

I am thinking about buying a P4P800 and on all sites I only see support for 8XAGP, doesn't say 4XAGP anywhere. The problem is I have a GeForce 3, which uses 4X AGP I think. Will the board take the card? I don't need a new graphics card either, this rig is for web surfing, e-mail stuff only. Thanks in advance.
