nf7s v.2 and crucial 3200: no post, bad memory per beeps

Any known issues with this combo? My friend is putting one together with a 2500 and can't get it to post.

My NF7-S 2.0 is running 2x512 Of crucial PC3200 fine,
On a XP1700+ but only got the ram @ 266 !
Currently running = 2,2,2,11 @ 266 - Dual channel
If that helps ?!?
