Drain the water, take everything out and rinse it? Might be a pain, so you should plan ahead to clean/redo your whole computer too.
That's what I would do anyways.

Tubing: if they are stained or cloudy (most likely) clean them or replace them
Blocks: Take them apart carefully and make sure there are no gunks or corrosion
Pump/Rad: Rinse the internal with water
Threads: reapply teflon tape if you have any

Besides that I dont think theres much to do about maintenance...

As long as the coolant isn't getting dirty, I wouldn't worry about it. I'm going on almsot 2 years without flushing my system, and the tubing is clear still. Distilled and WW baby!

You'll probably need to replace the tubing eventually if it's vinyl. It gets hard after a while.

If the threads aren't leaking, why bother replacing the tape?

I hate bumping old threads, but I am the same situation and my water (distilled water + antifreeze) seems fine and tubes (tygon something) clear still. Been running 1yr+ and so far no troubles.

I am wondering if anyone has any more comments before I let my pc be, or schedule a clean up time for the thing.
