I Was Wondering Of A Good Kit under about $150 all i need at this time is really the cpu cooled but i may expand it to include the video card and the chip set one day i have

p4 478 pin 3ghz wanting to run at 3.5
abit ic7 mobo
super x-alien blue case
1 gig pc 3200 ddr
evga g-force fx 5950 256mb

waterblocks for 15 bux at www.dtekcustoms.com in the clearance section.

pick up some plastic barbs from home depot... 2 bux

Pick up a heatcore from autozone or mechanic or junkyard 5-20 bux

tubing, home depot.... 3-5 bux

Via Aqua 1300 370gph pump (cheapest pump you can get for the power) only ~20 bux. You need to mod it to shut it the hell up, it runs loud without the mod.... need superglue 1 doller.

Make your own reservoir, will need more barbs 2 bux, and some silicone sealant 3 bux.

Thats a total of 15 + 2 + 20 + 3 + 20 + 1 + 2 + 3
=

66 bux. Sounds good to me =)
 
Yeah, if you don't mind doing it yourself, go with what blackjackel said. Looks like a good deal. Could splurge a bit on the block with the leftover budget too, like a Whitewater.
