promise help

I have the promise ultra 100 tx2 that came with my WD 200gb, and want to set up my 2x200gb wd's into raid 0.
Should be a very simple process, but for whatever reason I cannot get into the card's bios! I've been all over the website and all it says there is that the display for my card should include "Press F2 to enter setup" but there is nothing of the kind. I tried pressing f2, ctrl+f, and many others but can't get in. I also tried flashing to the latest bios but it wouldn't accept the new bios.bin.
Help?
Dan

Well I'm an idiot. For some reason I thought my card could do raid, but it's the fastrak card that does raid, not my ultra

No worries - at least you figured out what was the problem

I have a Promise FastTrak TX4000 for my RAID0 array and they work well. Just keep the IDE card you have now for future use.

Your not the only one this has happened to ... to be honest i think the packaging is alittle misleading on some of these products.
