Help me pick my replacement...

Ok my EP-8KHA+ bit the big one today, been going strong for years, and then today, locked up, and now does not see all the ram, no matter what I put in it. I've cleaned it out, and still only seems to see part of the ram installed, no matter what slot its in.

I'm not looking for a major upgrade as its not needed, but looking for a replacement motherbaord.

Ideas? I guess at this point anything will do since my next PC will be 64bit. Whats good? Nothing crazy as it is pointless.
