I've gotten only 210 stable w/ 2.8v, dual channel, and 2-3-3-11 timings. Running barton 2500, nf7-s v2, antec tru430. Could someone with experience w/ this memory give me an idea of what they've gotten out of it? Thanks. I want to keep cas2 if at all possible.

If you have v1.1 sticks, you might be able to get to 225-230.

Chances are you have v1.2 or v2.0 sticks - they will hold their low latencies very well but they won't overclock much at all. This memory is factory overclocked PC2700.

My Corsair (v1.2) will do 210 MHz at 2-3-2-6, and 212 MHz at 3-4-4-8.

my mery is xms3200 LLPT v1.2 and it does 2-3-3-7 @ 230 mhz

you never know what each chip can do till you try all settings!

Prolly easier for you cuz you have the "LL" sticks... My freind has the v1.2 3200xms and it doesnt even run 200fsb with 11-2-2-2 timings with 2.9vdimm..
