Exclamation Wacky Mouse Trouble?

In the last few days my mouse keeps freezing for 2-3 seconds every 10 seconds or so. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? I have my PC overclocked but no major amount...yet. This does this even at stock settings.

P4 2.4b @ 2.6
FSB 144
(my RAM is very old DDR no name crap)
Enermax PSU 465
core @ 1.52
room temp is 26C
idle 31C
load 37C
(air cooled atm while putting my WC together)

This is driving me mad!!!!

mine did that kind of at 2.4ghz overclock, thats why i toned it down a bit..
try increasing ur vcore a bit, could be due to instability..

I guess I should have thought of that. I had been running this for over a month no trouble and have run burn in for over a week to assure myself it was all good. But i just changed voltage it seems to be stable again

Thanx for the input.

np, mine sort of did the same thing, ~7months of running fine, now its starting to wear down i guess
i guess overclocking does shorten cpu life.. eh.. but its a better reason to get an upgrade as soon as it dies
