the Fan on my GeForce 4 4600 is making noise. Almost a buzzing sound. any idea how to fix this, i dont wanna have to buy another untill the new series comes out.

looks like u need to replace the heatsink/fan.

I hear that noise too on FX5900 card, something like high pitch buzzing sound when benching 3dmark.

that's funny, the fans on both of my GF4 mx 440's crapped out this week, good thing I had the panels off or I'd not have heard it, (same sound). replacemaent 40mm fans were $ .50 each at a surplus shop.
