need transistor and heat output graph

I been trying to find a graph or chart on transistor #'s and relative heat output. Obviously these are exponential graphs, but I'm looking for numbers too.

I have found one on a Pdf ducument, but it very unclear and no very usable. Any help is appreciated.

What do you mean by relative heat output?

Thanks, thats almost exaclty what I needed. By relative I really meant average.

There is one more chart I'm looking for. A month or two ago, some guy compiled a huge spreadsheet of every cpu made and on it it had various charts. I'm hoping it has some exact numbers on transistors and heat.
