About the one click install

Is the one click install supposed to automatically put it as a process so that it starts up when you restart? Because mine isnt.

Yes the 1-click installs itself but does not run untill you restart the computer. And even then the first time its run it takes a minute to start. It has to download its first work unit from stanford.

Just give it some patience. It'll work.

What OS? If it's W2K then you have to restart on some rigs before the service will start. If it's XP, then no reboot necessary.

The One-Click has been installed on hundreds of rigs and it works fine, so help us answer your questions to get it running. Check the directions in "The Ultimate Install" sticky to make sure you're following the correct procedure (using notepad, downloading it to your desktop vs. opening it from the source etc).
