Question about LCD

Just bought an LCD

Im going to be doing some bargain hunting, looking for an LCD. Now I have a 17" CRT right now, but its too damn big.

The view on a 15" LCD is comparable to a 17" CRT, but would another 40-50" for the same spec 17" LCD be that much better?

Also, would it be possible to find a good quality LCD for under 250$ (refurb or used)? Thx

I got an lcd at Circuit City for ~$200. Granted its not a gaming lcd, but i dont mind it if it saves me 1.5ft^2 of space on my desk.

You could probably get a good quality 15" lcd for 200-250 refurb/used and who knows maybe even new. But you would be looking at 350-450 for a good quality 17" lcd.

The best of the best for their 15". Comes with the 3 year warranty, best specs for their 15" line, and DVI input which is good. Not too bad I should say
