problem with ram on is7-e?

I have an is7-e, and a 2.8c chip that does 3.5 on stock voltage(someone else did it, kunaak) but whenever I set it for that it crashes, temps are below 50, pwm is cooled, and core voltage has been fooled with, question is does anyone know if it's the ram, kingston?
