Does anyone know...

...Where I can find a device that converts vga to rca (not the other way around)? It needs to be as small as possible and as inexpensive as possible. I need it for a project I'm working on. Also, does anyone know what types of power single board computers use? Do they take power from the backplate? Thanks in advance.
