unstable Amd & win98se

WARNING NOOb here !!

just got my sig machine running (well kinda) it is really unstable , i am only runing [email protected] 2204mhz on 2400+ mobile , i nkow it will go faster but i think my os is too unstable , any ideas ?

If the CPU is stable, it doesn't matter what speed it is running at as far as windows stability goes.

Why are you using win98se? sounds like a good way to make a good computer obsolete. Get XP pro, or take the path less traveled and run Linux.

Linux is totally free, and windows is well..... umm.... don't go to future shop for it if you get my drift....

Prime95 is really good for testing stability. Use the maximum heat torture test mainly to test the cpu.
