BackDoor.Beastdoor.HG

I recentaly got the BackDoor.Beastdoor.HG trojan. I removed it using AVG anti virus, but I am curious to know what it might have done to my computer or others on my LAN. I googled it and it came up with nothing. It must be a fairly new virus because after I realized something was wrong, i ran a virus scan that came up with nothing. I then updated my definitions (which were last updated on 2-28-04) and ran a scan again. This time yielding 7 infections. The virus disabled ZoneAlarm and AVG (its about that time i got suspecious). Any info on this paticular trojan would be appricated.
