ok first of Welcome To The Forum !

stock the 3000 is 13x166=2160Mhz , right now your at 13x181=2353Mhz , and what you want 13x200=2600Mhz which is alil high for a barton <~~~ thats if you have not changed your multi yet

what you can do is try lowering the multi to say 11x200=2200Mhz , 11.5x200=2300Mhz , or 12x200=2400

one thing to what are your temps like (idle/load) and whats your Vcore

it wont let me to lower the multiplier, after i put it to 11x the screen drops black and i have to do that fsb jumber thingy under the northbridge cooler.

the vcore was not adjusted it was at h/w i think.

i dont understand this, i have the speed-strip and i am useing it with the cpu, i cant decrease the multiplier, if i do the screen goes black before the posting and i have to remove the powercord for a few secounds.
